MMSSTV
Slow-scan television (SSTV) is a picture transmission method used mainly by amateur radio operators, to transmit and receive static pictures via radio in monochrome or color. Since SSTV systems operate on voice frequencies, amateurs use it on shortwave, VHF and UHF radio.
In order to use MMSSTV you have to meet the following system requirements:
* Operative System: XP / 2000 / ME / 9x / Vista / 2003
Minimum System Requirements:
* Processor: 350 MHz / Ram memory: 256 MB / An active Internet connection
